1. Who we are

This website is an independent information page about Amberwood at Holland. It is operated by the salesperson and agency named on the main page (for this preview: Alex Tan — Demo Agent of Example Property Agency — fictional). It is not operated by, or on behalf of, the developer Sim Lian Group.

2. What personal data we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, Singapore mobile number, email address, preferred unit type, the information you asked for (showflat appointment and/or price list and floor plans) and your consent. We also record the page you submitted from and the time of submission.

We do not ask for NRIC numbers, financial details or other sensitive information through this page. Please do not send them.

3. Why we use it

With your consent we may contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about this project. We will not send you marketing messages to a number listed on the Do Not Call Registry unless you have given clear consent or another exception under the law applies.

4. Who we share it with

Your details are handled by the CEA-licensed salesperson and the agency named on the main page. We may share them with service providers that help us receive and store enquiries, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data. We do not pass your details to the developer unless this is needed to process a booking or purchase you ask for.

5. Third-party services on this page

The Location section embeds a Google Maps map. When the map loads, Google may collect information such as your IP address and may set cookies, under Google's own privacy policy. This page does not add advertising or analytics tracking in this preview. If tracking is added in the live version, this section will be updated to name the service.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, and for any period required by law or by the agency's record-keeping obligations. The live version of this policy will state the operator's retention approach.

7. Protection

We take reasonable steps to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure.

8. Your choices

You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw your consent to being contacted, by writing to the contact below. If you withdraw consent, we will stop contacting you about this project within a reasonable time.

9. Contact

Data protection contact: privacy@example.invalid — demonstration only (the live version will list the operator's actual contact).

This policy is written with reference to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).
